One-year limited warranty

Altaeron warrants the Dragon Flame Lamp against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original delivery date.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal cosmetic wear, damage caused by unsuitable power accessories or failure to follow the care instructions.

To request support, email tuanntvcu1994@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. If the claim is approved, Altaeron may repair, replace or refund the affected item as appropriate.

This limited warranty does not reduce rights provided by applicable consumer law.
