The Chamber Beneath Hollow Court

Hollow Court promised its heir one object and denied him every name for it. He searched beneath the palace until he found a ring hanging above a bed of red stone. By then he had forgotten why he wanted it. The chamber kept his reaching shape as a warning: possession begins by emptying the claimant.
