90-Day Comfort Guarantee

Try your Altaeron product for up to 90 days from the date it is delivered. If it is not right for you, contact support@altaeron.com within the 90-day period and include your order number. Our team will help you through the return process and provide the applicable return instructions.

The 90-Day Comfort Guarantee applies to comfort, fit, or change-of-mind returns for eligible Altaeron products. Starting a return within the 90-day period preserves your request while our team provides instructions.

Return Conditions

Please use reasonable care while trying the product. Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, return the product with all supplied parts and components. Do not send a return to the contact address or any other address without written return authorization and instructions from Altaeron.

The guarantee does not cover fraud, deliberate abuse, intentional damage, unauthorized alteration, or returns with required components missing. Items not purchased directly from Altaeron are not eligible under this policy. These protections will not be used to deny a legitimate comfort, fit, or change-of-mind request submitted within 90 days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@altaeron.com promptly with your order number and clear photos where practical. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and checked, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will attempt to stop fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has started. If cancellation is no longer possible, the 90-Day Comfort Guarantee remains available after delivery.
